What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and checked.

How do I return an item?

Email us at info@junesavannah.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions to get it sorted quickly.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, shipping takes 3 to 8 business days within the United Kingdom. In total, you can expect your order 4 to 11 business days after ordering. See our Shipping Policy for all details.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding, so check back for updates.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
